ADJUSTMENTS IN T H E BUDGET (7) In approving the budget for 1938-1939 the Board authorized the President of the University to make such changes and adjustments as are needed. UJnder this authorization the following adjustments have been made during the first fiscal quarter ending September 30, 1938, and a r e being reported for record with the recommendation that an assignment of $3,287 be made from the General Reserve Fund to cover them.
