This matter was discussed, but no action was taken. SERVICE CHARGE FOR DEFERRED FEES (19) O n December 20, 1933 (Minutes, page 423), the Board established a service charge to be assessed all students w h o wished to defer payment of a part of t h e fees which a r e payable on the registration days. This charge is refunded in case the total amount of fees is paid within ten days of the date of registration, but otherwise no University officer has authority to waive t h e assessment.
