Carnahan, Head of the Department of Romance Languages, for a sabbatical leave of absence on full pay during the second semester of the year 1935-1936 under the rules of the Board. The Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences certifies that arrangements will be made by the Department of Romance Languages to carry on Professor Carnahan's work without additional expense to the University and recommends that the request be granted.
