524 BOARD OF TRUSTEES [March 15 A complete list of the purchases, with supporting information (including the quotations received), was sent to each member of the board in advance of the meeting. A copy is being filed with the secretary of the board for record. On motion of Mr. Howard, the purchases recommended were authorized by the following vote: Aye, Mrs. Day, Dr. Donoghue, Mr. Forsyth, Mr. Hahn, Mr. Howard, Mr. Logan, Mr. Madden, Mrs. Shepherd, Mr. Stone; no, none; absent, Governor Thompson. (The student advisory vote was: Aye, Mr. Bolen, Mr. Milkint; no, none.) Report of Purchases Approved by the Vice President for Business and Finance (26) The vice president for business and finance also submitted a report of purchases approved by him on recommendation of the directors of purchases in amounts of $20,000 to $25,000. A copy of this report is filed with the secretary. This report was received for record. Comptroller's Monthly Report of Contracts Executed (27) The comptroller submitted the March 1984 report of contracts. The report included contractual agreements for payments to the University and contracts in amounts up to $25,000, to be paid by the University. A copy of thu report is filed with the secretary.
