The Board considered the following matters presented by the President of the University.

COLLEGE O F MEDICINE CLINICAL FACULTY 1 9 3 8 - 1 9 3 9 ( i ) A recommendation that the following appointments be made to the Clinical Faculty of the College of Medicine for the academic year beginning September i, 1938, without salary, and that the President of t h e University be authorized to make such changes in this list as may be necessary.

On motion of Dr. Meyer, these appointments were made and authority was granted as recommended.
