ADJUSTMENTS IN ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION BUDGET (16) A report of the following adjustments in the budget of the Athletic Association representing assignments from the balance in the provision for miscellaneous and contingent items: Payments for tutoring $236 25 Travel expenses of University Counsel to Washington, D. C. for conference with Bureau of Internal Revenue officials regarding tax liability 101 20 Equipment for swimming pool 321 33 Total $658 78 On motion of Mr. Karraker, these adjustments were approved. OFFER OF PROPERTY AT 1 2 1 0 WEST GREEN STREET (17) The Director of the Physical Plant Department reports that the property at 1210 West Green Street, Urbana, has been offered for sale to the University. This is the largest lot in the area south of the Boneyard in the block bounded by Mathews Avenue, Green Street, Goodwin Avenue, and Springfield Avenue. N o action was taken on this offer. PROPERTY AT 2 1 0 S O U T H MATHEWS A V E N U E (18) In December, 1935, the Board authorized the purchase of the property at 210 South Mathews Avenue at a cost of $6,100.
