78 BOARD OF TRUSTEES [October 26 MATTERS PRESENTED BY PRESIDENT WILLARD The Board considered the following matters presented by the President of the University. ADVISORY COMMITTEES IN AGRICULTURE (1) A recommendation from the Dean of the College of Agriculture for the appointment of the following Advisory Committees for the College of Agriculture and the Agricultural Experiment Station for t h e year 1936-1937. BOARD O F DIRECTORS O F ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION (2) A recommendation that Assistant Professor W . S. Wilson, Acting Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, be appointed a member of the Board of Directors of the Athletic Association, vice the late Director George Huff. T h e by-laws of the Association provide for a Board of five directors a p pointed by the Board of Trustees of the University on recommendation of the President of the University. T h e by-laws specify that three of the directors shall be chosen from the faculty of the University, one of whom shall be t h e Director of the School of Physical Education, and the other t w o from t h e alumni.
