^To be increased in June, 1939, if any balances are available due to unused salaries accruing from vacancies in the Extension Service. (This does not mean any increase in the salaries of the farm advisers, but an increase in the amount of the advisers' salary paid from Smith-Lever and BankheadJones Funds.) 'The State appropriation for the fiscal year July 1, 1938, to June 30, 1939, will be paid by the State Department of Agriculture on the salary of the county farm advisers following monthly certification for salary signed by the Director of the Extension Service. •The county farm advisers also receive additional salary from the local Farm Bureaus. *The Federal Clarke-McNary Fund for the fiscal year July 1, 1938, to June 30, 1939, will be paid through the Extension Service in Agriculture and Home Economics by the United States Department of Agriculture following monthly certification for salary signed by the Director of Extension.
