IQ38] UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS 665 Whereas, Several charges, some of a serious nature, were made against Dr. John F . Hillabrand, Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and in due course referred to the Executive Committee of the Research and Educational Hospital, and he was duly apprised of the details of these charges, given a summary of the evidence in support thereof, all in conformity with the applicable rules of the Board of T r u s t e e s ; and Whereas, At the hearing before the Board he read his supporting documents and made a statement of his own, all calculated to meet in detail and disprove the various charges preferred against h i m ; Now, therefore, be it resolved, T h a t the charges made against Dr. Hillabrand be and the same are dismissed and he shall forthwith be reinstated in his position. DEGREES CONFERRED IN FEBRUARY, 1 9 3 8 (30) A recommendation from the University Senate that the following candidates who completed requirements for degrees in February, 1938, be awarded the degrees indicated in each case. On motion of Mr. Moschel, these degrees were conferred as recommended.
