ACQUISITION O F P R O P E R T Y IN C H I C A G O (42) At the meeting of the Board on December 3, Mr. Robert Kingery of the Chicago Planning Commission suggested that the Board of Trustees consider a program of acquiring private properties in the Medical area of Chicago with a view to ultimately making these areas available for park or other public uses. I submit a report from the Director of the Physical Plant Department concerning this proposed program.
