MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS February 27, 1937 The February meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 27, 1937. The following members were present: President Karraker, Mr. Barr, Mrs. Freeman, Dr. Meyer, Mr. Pogue. Mr. Adams, Mr. Cleary, and Mr. Moschel, members-elect, were present by invitation of the Board. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, and Professor Lloyd Morey, Comptroller. As there was no quorum, the Board took a recess. 169
