MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS November 2 1 , 1 9 3 6 The November meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 9:30 o'clock a.m. on Saturday, November 21, 1936. When the Board convened, the following members were present: President Karraker, Mr. Barr, Mr. Barrett, Mrs. Freeman, Mrs. Plumb, Mr. Pogue. President Willard was present; also Professor Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. C. S. Havens, Director of the Physical Plant Department, and, during part of the day, Judge Johnson, University Counsel. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary the adjourned and 27, 1936. On motion on pages 23 to presented the minutes of the meeting of September 30, session of October 9, and the meeting of October 26 of Mr. Barrett, the minutes were approved as printed 112 above. "3
