52 BOAKD O F TRUSTEES [October 12 A contract with the Brown Coal Company for 10,000 tons at $1.70 per ton has already been authorized. The Purchasing Agent recommends that contracts be made with the Peabody Coal Company and the Tilton Mining Company at $1.00 per ton for approximately 10,000 tons each. All of these prices are delivered prices including all cost of transportation to the Power Plant. The recommendations are concurred in by the Director of the Physical Plant Department. I recommend approval. On motion of Mr. Trees, this recommendation was approved.
