MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F T R U S T E E S OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS October 30, 1931 The October meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at 10 o'clock a.m. on Friday, October 30, 1931, at the Blackstone Hotel in Chicago. The following members were present: President Barr, M r . Armstrong, M r . Barrett, M r . Blair, Mrs. Hopkins, Dr. Noble, Mr. Trees. President Chase was present; also, during the afternoon, Professor J. M . White, Supervising Architect. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of September 29, 1931. O n motion of Dr. Noble, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 409 to 458 above. 459
