On the recommendation of the President of the University, and on motion of Mr. Barr, the contract for the concrete work was awarded to the low bidder, Mr. A. W. Stoolman, for $2,914.80. On the recommendation of the President of the University, and on motion of Mrs. Evans, the contract for the superstructure was awarded to the low bidder, the American Greenhouse Company, for $i8,375COMPTROLLER'S REPORT OF CONTRACTS AND PURCHASE ORDERS The President of the University presented the following report from the Comptroller on contracts and purchase orders issued since the last report:
