SALE OF SECURITIES HELD AS INVESTMENTS OF TRUST FUNDS (3) On April 20, 1927 (Minutes, page 265) the Board authorized the sale by the Treasurer of certain securities held as investments of trust funds. In order to complete this sale, it is necessary for the Treasurer to be specifically authorized by resolution to endorse the certificates covering the shares. Therefore I recommend adoption of the following resolution, requested by the Comptroller.
