MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE U N I V E R S I T Y O F ILLINOIS April 19, 1927 The April meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of I l li nois was held at the Blackstone Hotel in Chicago, at 9:30 a. m. on Tuesday, April 19, 1927. W h e n the Board convened, the following members were present: President Trees, Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Barr, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Dr. Noble. President Kinley was present; also Professor J. M . White, Supervising Architect. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of March 8, 1927. O n motion of Mrs. Evans, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 217 to 239 above. 241
