APPROPRIATION FOR PURCHASE OF DENTAL BUILDING B O N D (19) On the request of the Comptroller, Professor Lloyd Morey, I recommend that $500 be appropriated from the Reserve and Contingent Fund for the purchase of one of the Dental building bonds at not more than par and accrued interest. PROXY FOR SOUTHERN PACIFIC STOCK (20) A Proxy has been received for the annual meeting of the Southern Pacific Company on April 6, 1927. I recommend that the Secretary of the Board be authorized to sign and return this Proxy for the Board of Trustees.
