PART III - H. Storm Water and Surface Drainage: 15) A new small lake within the ring road and another just outside the ring road and leading into the inlet from Lake Springfield are considered for the storage of this water. The irrigation of the central campus area from these small lakes is recommended. A small retention pond will be incorporated into the storm drainage system, to reduce pollutants from parking lot drainage before the water enters the lakes.
