(7) The following letter from the Supervising Architect: June 11, 192; President David Kinley, ,355 Administration Building Dear President Kinlet: I recommend that we s l to the Roland estate a strip of land on the west side el of First Street, being a part of what is known as the Athletic Association tract and described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Armory Avenue and First Street and extending south along the west side of First Street 4034 feet, and 150 feet east and west, excepting the corner lot 60 x 137^ feet, which has already been deeded to Mr. McNeil, for the sum of Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars (5(6436), they to assume assessments. (8) The Supervising Architect recommends that we purchase from the Roland estate the vacant acre and a quarter of land just across the street south from the West Military Stables paddock and fronting on Fourth Street, for a consideration of #3000. I concur and recommend that this purchase be made at the price named and that the amount be appropriated from the State appropriation of Sixty Thousand Dollars made by the Fifty-third General Assembly. SALE OF LOT 94, COLLEGE PLACE

(9) A recommendation from the Supervising Architect that we s l to A. W . el Stoolman Lot 94 on Third Street, which is 54 x 114 feet; 16.1 feet off the north side of Lot 93; and 16.2 feet off the north side of Lot 80, making a total of 86.3 feet, for the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000).
