BUDGET OF THE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION (7) The Senate, in its consideration of the reorganization of our physical education and athletics, advised that the Director of the Athletic Association submit a budget each year for the approval of the Board. This was with the full concurrence of all concerned, and I submit the budget of M r . Huff accordingly, but with the understanding that modifications m a y be made as circumstances m a y require.
