Noble CONTRACTS ON NEW BUILDINGS (25) A recommendation that c n r c s be awarded f r work on new b i d n s acotat o ulig cording to the following recommendations of the Supervising Architect. 1. Plumbing. The Carson-Payson Company of Danville were the next to low bidders on the plumbing on the Gymnasium and the Library, and low bidders on the Dairy Manufacturers building, but their three percent deduction for a l three l contracts i the lowest possible combination. s I therefore recommend that the Carson-Payson Company of Danville be awarded the contract for the plumbing on the Library at $9,360.50; on the Gymnasium at $14,938; and on the Dairy Manufactures building at $5,335. 2. Heating and Fentilating. Carstens Brothers of Ackley, Iowa, were the low bidders on the heating and ventilating of the Library, the low bidders on the heating and ventilating of the Commerce building, and the fourth from low on the
