MAY 16. 1924 T h e Secretary presented for record the following report: A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at 1 o'clock p. m. on Friday, M a y 16, 1924. Mrs. Evans and Mr. Trees, members of the Committee, and Mrs. Busey (acting for Dr. Noble) were present; al»_ Professor J. M .
