4»4 BOARD OF TRUSTEES PAYMENT ON LOTS IN COLLEGE PLACE [May 17, (19) The Comptroller requests an appropriation of $30,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to make payments on June 15 on the lots in College Place purchased from Fanny B. Sherfey in 1922. I recommend that an appropriation from the Reserve and Contingent Fund be made in accordance with this request. O n motion of M r s . Blake, this appropriation w a s m a d e , b y the following vote: A y e , M r . Armstrong, M r s . Blake, M r s . Busey, M r s . Grigsby, M r s . Ickes, M r . Noble, M r .
