Johnson Theodore Otte Yntema REPAIRS ON PRACTICE ORGAN Howard Lewis Jones William Zuelsdorf (16) AHershel Orvtlle that an assignment of $507 be made from the Reserve and recommendation Kiest Contingent fund to the School of Music for repairs and improvements on the practice organ in the Music Building, and that the Comptroller be authorized to make a contract with the Wicks Pipe Organ Company, the builders of the organ, for this work. O n motion of Mrs. Grigsby, this appropriation was made, by the following vote: Aye, M r . Armstrong, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mrs. Ickes, M r . Noble, M r . Trees; no, none; absent, M r . Blair, M r . Small, M r . Trimble. MOVING OF OBSERVATORY (17) The Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, on request of the Head_ of the Department of Astronomy, requests the removal of the Reflector Building (the larger of the two small observatories) from its present location to a point 120 feet east of the West line fence, and 32 feet south of the North line fence, of the new Poultry Plant. The Dean of the College of Agriculture acquiesces in this. Authority to re-equip the building is also requested. I recommend approval of these requests, the entire expense to be charged to the special equipment fund of the College. O n m o t i o n of M r s . E v a n s , these r e c o m m e n d a t i o n s w e r e a p proved. B O O K K E E P I N G M A C H I N E F O R BUSINESS OFFICE (18) On request of the Comptroller, I recommend that #775 be assigned from the Reserve and Contingent Fund to the Business Office for the purchase of a new bookkeeping machine. O n motion of M r . Trees, this recommendation was approved, by the following vote: Aye, M r . Armstrong, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, M r s . Grigsby, Mrs. Ickes, M r . Noble, M r .
