RESIGNATION OF DR. MOULTON (10) A report of the resignation of Dr. Gertrude E. Moulton, Professor of Hygiene and Medical Adviser for Women, to take effect September 1, 1923. This report w a s received for record. PRINTING RULES AND REGULATIONS (11) A request for an appropriation of $1000-or so much thereof as may be necessary from the Reserve and Contingent Fund to republish an edition of 3000 copies of the regulations of the Board, including the Statutes of the University and a l l regulations of the Board concerning the University, the State laws regulating the University, and similar rules and regulations. Many of these are now scattered through the various proceedings and session laws, and i is necessary for orderly t administration that they should be assembled. O n motion of M r . PURCHASE OF COLLEGE PLACE LOT 64 CONCLUDED

(12) A report from the Comptroller regarding the conclusion of the purchase of Lot 64 in College Place Addition, and house thereon, from Florence and Luella M . Blackburn, at a purchase price of $7000 cash, subject to tax for 1923 (estimated at $100) and unpaid lighting assessments of $146.97. This report was received for record.

PAYMENT OF INTEREST AND TAXES ON LAND

(13) A recommendation that $5000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be appropriated from the Reserve and Contingent fund for the payment during the presentfiscalyear of interest on unpaid balances on land purchases, and on taxes and assessments assumed on properties purchased. This appropriation was made by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Armstrong, M r s . Blake, M r s . Busey, M r s . Evans, M r s . Grigsby, M r . Noble, M r . Trees, M r . Trimble; no, none; absent, M r . STADIUM TREASURERS BOND AND AUDIT OF STADIUM ACCOUNTS

(14) The Comptroller, Professor Lloyd Morey, asks an appropriation of $375 from the Reserve and Contingent Fund for the following purposes: 1. Audit of Stadium accounts by public accountants, as authorized by the Board last July (see item 15, page 234, minutes of July 11, 1923). $125. 2. Bond of Stadium Treasurer for one year from June 5, 1923. $250. I recommend that an appropriation of $375 be made from the Reserve and Contingent Fund for these purposes.
