(2) A recommendation that Mr. James MacGregor be appointed a member of the Board of Examiners in Accountancy for three years beginning July 1, 1922, in place of Mr. A. T. Bacon, whose term expires on June 30.

On motion of Mr. Hoit, this appointment was made.
