On motion of Mrs. Blake, the action of the Comptroller in reinsuring the Institute of Juvenile Research was approved, and the President of the Board was authorized to reinsure the other Chicago properties as recommended by the Comptroller. The sum of $6,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary was appropriated from the Reserve and Contingent fund for this purpose by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Abbott, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Hoit, Mr. Noble; no, none; absent, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Herbert, Mr. Small, Mr. Trimble.
