O R D E R OF B U I L D I N G S PROPOSED FOR LEGISLATIVE ACTION (4) A recommendation that the following be the program of building items to be submitted to the General Assembly for legislative action. On motion of Mrs. Blake, the resolution of March 9, 1920 (page 716), providing for an emergency bill for the Horticulture group, was rescinded and this matter was left to the discretion of the President of the University, and the building program was approved. At this point, at 1 p.m., a recess was taken. AFTERNOON SESSION, JANUARY 25, 1921 When the Board convened after the recess, the same members were present as during the morning session.

HORTICULTURE BUILDING

Mr. Holabird and Mr. Long, of the firm of Holabird and Roche, presented sketches of the Horticulture group.

CAMPUS P L A N C O M M I S S I O N

Mrs. Blake presented certain recommendations from the Campus Plan Commission concerning the location and plans of the Stadium. This matter was referred back to the Commission for further consideration and report. President Carr presented the bill of Holabird and Roche for $2000, covering all the work done to date on the general campus plan and also certain work done previous to November 30 on the plans for the Horticulture group and the McKinley Hospital.
