CONFERENCE OF COLLEGE PRESIDENTS The following statement: Occasionally in the past ten years the University has invited the presidents of the smaller colleges of the State to the University foi conference on matters of common interest. These meetings have always been helpful in cementing our friendly relations with the colleges, and in helping us establish and maintain proper standings for transfer of credits, and especially for graduate work. The Dean of the Graduate School and others, including myself, feel that the time has come for another such conference. Accordingly I ask authority to call such a conference, the University to pay the necessary traveling and entertainment expenses of the delegates, and request that the sum of $300, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be appropriated for this purpose, chargeable to the Graduate School funds.
