SUMMER SCHOLARSHIPS FOR LIBRARIANS (60) A recommendation from the University Librarian that librarians and library assistants in Illinois libraries and persons under contract to serve in such positions in Illinois libraries and who can matriculate in the University shall be exempt from the payment of the incidental and tuition fees m the Summer Session.
