BOARD OF TRUSTEES Entered in the records of my office as Tract No. 114. 2. From Andrew J. Turngren and Maria Turngren, his wife.

Lot nine (9) in the East half of Block Five (5), in Hadduck's subdivision of Blocks Four (4), Five (5), and Seventeen (17), in the Assessor's Division of the East half (E. yi) of the Southeast quarter (S. E. }£) of Section Eighteen (18), Township thirtynine (39) North, Range Fourteen (14), East of the Third Principal Meridian. Located at 720 South Hermitage Avenue, containing a frontage of 25 feet on the west side of South Hermitage Avenue, between Flournoy Street and West Polk Street, and a depth of 125 feet, directly east of the north part of our property at 721-725 South Wood Street above referred to. Purchase price Other expenses of purchase Total cost 31,250.00 87.50 ,...$1,337.50

Subject also to taxes for the year 1918, which are payable by the University. After the year 1918, these properties will be exempt from taxation. Entered in the records of my office as Tract No. 113.

The purchase of these properties gives the University ownership of all of the west half of the block referred to in the first paragraph above, with the exception of property in the south-west part of the block bordering on West Polk Street, and described as follows: Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), in the Re-subdivision of the West half of Block Five (5), in the Assessor's Division referred to above, containing a frontage of 74.57 feet on the north side of West Polk Street, between South Wood and South Hermitage Avenue, and a depth of 115.19 feet.
