$6o;6oi 00 In my opinion, it will cost more than this, and I recommend that, if the Government asks the University to provide more barrack accommodations, I be authorized to turn over University Hall and remodel it for this purpose at a cost not to exceed $75,000. This will necessitate, of course, the moving of the departments now in University Hall into other buildings. I do not think it would relieve the Woman's Residence Hall for its original purpose during the next year," at any rate. We should probably have to move the Department of Art and Design and the School of Music, and possibly the School of Education, into this building.

On motion of Mr. Carr, this recommendation was approved and the expense authorized, by the following vote: Ayes, Mr, Abbott, Mrs. Busey, Mr. Carr, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Taggart, Mr. Trimble, Miss Watson; noes, none; absent, Mr. Blair, Mi\ Halt, Mr. Lowden, Mr. Trevett, Mr. Ward.
