MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES -OP THE- UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS September II, 1917 The quarterly meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at 10 o'clock a. m. on Tuesday, September 11, 1917. As there was no quorum, the Board adjourned to meet in the office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, in Springfield, at 10 o'clock a. m. on Thursday, September 13, 1917. C. M. MCCONN W. L. ABBOTT Secretary pro tempore President ADJOURNED SESSION, SEPTEMBER 13, 1917 When the Board convened in the office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, in Springfield, at 10 o'clock a. m. on Thursday, September 13, 1917, purusuant to the adjournment taken on Tuesday, September 11, 1917, the following members were present: President Abbott, Superintendent Blair, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Hoit, Mr. Trimble. President James was present. In the absence of the Secretary, Mr. Hoit acted as Secretary pro tempore. As there was no quorum, an adjournment until 10:30 a. m. was taken. O. W. H O I T W. L.
