which lies westof the Illinois Central right of way, the northwest quarter and south half of the northeast quarter of section thirty-one (31), township twenty-two (22) north, range eight (8),. east of the third Principal Meridian, less the Illinois Central right of way, and the east half of the southwest quarter of section fourteen (14), township nineteen (19), range eight (8), east of the Third Principal Meridian, subject to tenants' leases, situated in the county of Champaign in the State of Illinois, hereby releasing and w a i t ing all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of this State of Illinois.
