1913] PKOCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. 653 the members of the Finance Committee, President James submitted the following expanded form of this recommendation: That twelve lots between Goodwin Avenue and Babcock Street, south of the interurban railway and north of Silver Creek, as shown on the accompanying plat and described below, be purchased at the following prices: (A) $5,000, (B) $11,000, (C) $3,500, (D) $2,600, ( E ) , $3,000, (H) $650, (J) $1,500, (K) $3,500, (M) $1,450, (N) $800, (O) $1,800, (Q) $3,000—total, $37,800; that 2 per cent on these amounts be allowed for commissions, except in the case of the lots designated as "N" and "Q" on the plat, on which the prices are net (this will make the commissions $680, if all of the options are successfully closed) ; and that the supervising architect be authorized to proceed with the steps necessary to complete the acquisition of these properties.
