Meeting of January 7, 1913.

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in the city of Chicago, at 12:30 P.M., on Tuesday, January 7, 1913, pursuant to the following notice which was sent out by the secretary on January 2, 1913:

When the board convened, the following members were present: Mr. Abbott, Mr. Anthony, Mrs. Bahrenburg, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Grout, Mr. Hatch, Mr. Hoit, Mr. Meeker, Dr. David Kinley, Dean of the Graduate School; Dr. Eugene Davenport, Dean of the College of Agriculture, and Professor Stephen A. Forbes, Director of the State Laboratory of Natural History and State Entomologist, were also present

The secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of December 19, 1912, which, on motion, were approved.
