If any negligence could be said to have contributed to the injury, it was that of- the driver of- the wagon. The driver was a fellow servant of O'Brien, and the law is well settled in Illinois that an employe cannot recover against an employer for injuries caused by the negligence of a fellow servant. . O. President Abbotjfc presented a letter from Mr. W. B. Day, actuary of the School of Pharmacy, recommending t h a t $150.00 be transferred from the account for salaries for services, to the account for incidentals, and that $18.60 be transferred from the account for water tax to the account for incidentals. Professor Day's' request was accompanied by the comptroller's recommendation t h a t it be approved, and the approval was given by the folJowing vote: Ayes, Mr. Abbott, Mrs. Bahrenburg, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Buse}', Mrs. Evans, Mr. Grout, Mr. Hatch, Mr. Hoit, Mr. Moore; noes, n o n e ; absent, Mr. Anthony, Mr. Deneen, Mr. Meeker. I M P O R T ORDER FOR S C H O O L OF P H A R M A C Y . President Abbott .presented also a request from Professor W. B. Day, actuary of the School of Pharmacy, for authority to place an import order for laboratory supplies for the next school year, in the amount of $736.25. . This authority was given as requested by the following vote: Ayes, Mr. Abbott, Mrs. Bahrenburg, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Grout, Mr. Hatch, Mr. Hoit, Mr. Moore; noes, none; absent, Mr. Anthony, Mr. Deneen, Mr. Meeker.
