A. for an a d j u s t m e n t on account of being unable to furnish t h e m w i t h electric light, and because of changes in t h e i r lighting cable, t h a t they be allowed $400.00 half of which to be charged to t h e ' S t a t e h e a t i n g and lighting plant account, and half to t h e State h e a t i n g and lighting operating account.
