Beulah Giffin, catalog reviser for the Library School, for three months beginning JTeb. 19, 1910, salary to be fifty dollars a month. H. P. Gonnerman, assistant in the Engineering Experiment Station, Department of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, at a salary of ninety dollars a month until further notice, beginning Jan. 1, 1910, in place of W. R. Robinson, resigned. William G. Hale, secretary of Law Faculty, in place of T. B. Cosgrove, resigned. Martin E. Henrikson, graduate assistant in Zoology, at thirty dollars a month, for the remainder of the year, salary to begin when the dean of the College of Science certifies that he has *egun work. Total remuneration not to exceed $150.00. Myrtle B. Hungerford, clerk in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, at a salary of sixty dollars a month from Dec. 1, 1909, until further notice, in place of Mary P. Cooley, resigned. A. A. Jones, clerk in practice court in the College of Law, for the year 1909-10, at a salary of one hundred dollars for the year. A. P. Kratz, assistant in General Engineering Drawing, at a salary of $85.00, a month from Feb. 7, 1910, to June 15, 1910. Robert J. Love, instructor in Architecture, at a salary of $125.00 a month from Feb. 7, 1910, to June 15, 1910. Fred S. Prince, assistant to the Curator of the Museum, for the academic year, at a salary of $250.00 for the year, one-half to be paid March 1, 1910, and the other July 1, 1910. A. H. Sutherland, instructor in Psychology in place of Professor J. W. Baird, resigned, at a salary of $600.00 for the remainder of the academic year, work and salary to begin Jan. 14, 1910. P. F. Whisler, research Assistant in Astronomy, without salary for the five months beginning Feb. 1, 1910. Ola N. Wyeth, language seminary custodian, at a salary of $75.00 a month, work and salary to begin as soon as she reports for work, and to continue until July 1, 1910. Jesse Moncrieff, A. B., 1909, Shurtleff College, scholarship in philosophy, stipend $250.00. Henry Samuel Stewart, A. B., 1909, Greenville College, scholarship in philosophy, stipend $250.00. Sydney A. Rowland,, A. B., Ouachita College, 1907, scholarship in physics, stipend $250.00. Lent D. Upson, A. M., University of Wisconsin, fellowship in Political Science, stipend $350.00. Clara L. Gridley, binding librarian, at a salary of $70.00 ,a month from March 1, 1910, to July 1, 1910, in place of Miss Swezey, resigned. Leslie Demlow, tool room attendant in the pattern shop, at a salary of $30.00 per month, beginning Feb. 21, 1910, in place of Mr. McClurg, who resigned on Feb. 19, 1910. Elkan Turk, clerk in the office of Dean of Men, at a salary of $40.00 a month, from March 1, 1910, to June 1, 1910, to take the place of J. B. Daggett, resigned. APPOINTMENTS MADE BY DR. BURRILL, VICE PRESIDENT. P. K. Bose continued as student assistant in the Department of Chemistry for five months at $10.00 a month, beginning Feb. 1, 1910. George B. Norris, in charge of swimming, at a salary of $50.00 a month until June 30, 1910, pay to begin with service.
