E. Lessing, re-appointed associate professor for a term of'one year, from Sept. 1, 1909, at a salary of twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) per annum. Dr. Phillip B. Hawk, re-appointed professor of Physiological Chemistry for the term of one year, from Sept. 1, 1909, at a salary of twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) per annum. Dr. J. H. McClellan, re-appointed assistant professor of Physiology for the term of one year from Sept. 1, 1909, at a salary of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) per annum. S. S. Roberts, re-appointed assistant professor of Railway Engineering for the term of one year from Sept. 1, 1909, at a salary of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) per annum. 3. An assistant professorship in Zoology created with a salary of twentyfive hundred dollars ($2,500.00) per annum, to take the place of the associateship held by Dr. Peters, and the president be authorized to fill the position for the coming year. 4. The following promotions: Leonard Hegnauer to be associate in crop production in the College of Agriculture and assistant in crops in the Agricultural Experiment Station, at a salary of eighteen hundred dollars ($1,800.00) per annum.
