PROCEEDINGS OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES. 213 On motion of Mr. Judy, the Committee on Buildings and Grounds was instructed to obtain terms of settlement from D. H. Burnham & Co. and report same to the Board at its next meeting. An appropriation of two hundred dollars was made for Board expense. Upon recommendation of the Faculty, the degree of B. S., in the course of architecture was conferred upon Emery Stanford Hall. The Board adjourned. N. W. GRAHAM, W. L. PILLSBURY, President. Secretary.
