On motion of Mr. McKay, Gere and Philbrick's bill for legal services, a m o u n t i n g t o $53.50, was ordered paid from current funds. The President s t a t e d t o the Board t h a t the committee chosen by the students t o present m a t t e r s in relation t o their petition wished t o have access t o certain records of the grades given students in their studies; and it was voted t h a t the records be b r o u g h t in and t h a t the committee be allowed t o inspect them. The Treasurer presented the following report, which was referred t o the Finance Committee:
