Paper A is a statement of t h e current appropriations and receipts for the six months ending February 28, 1891. Paper B gives the condition of the state appropriations February 28, 1891. Paper C is a list of vouchers presented for audit, being from 226 to 500y inclusive. Paper D is an estimate of t h e receipts and expenses of current funds for t h e six months ending September 1, 1891. Paper E is a bill of Gere & Philbrick's, for services in t h e matter of collecting t h e Griggs farm rent. A t t h e September meeting of t h e Board I was directed to secure t h e rent past due, and for t h e year ending March 1, 1891. I have collected and turned over to t h e Treasurer on this acccount t h e full amount due. $945.58. I have also had t h e rest of t h e University part of t h e fence on t h e west side rebuilt at a cost of $49.73. Respectfully submitted,
