UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS.

On recommendation of the F a r m Committee, t h e farm r e p o r t was approved. [See page 25.] I t was voted t o appoint Miss Grace P e a b o d y the Regent's p r i v a t e secretary, with a salary of $300.00 per a n n u m . The Board then adjourned t o meet a t the Doane House, ini Champaign, a t 7:30 o'clock p. m.

EVENING SESSION.

The Board met p u r s u a n t t o adjournment, the same members being present as in the afternoon. The Treasurer, Mr. J o h n W. Bunn, presented his report, which was referred t o t h e F i n a n c e Committee:
