Paper B is a showing of the state appropriations, November 30, 1891. Paper C is the same for the United States fund for the three years ending June 30, 1892. Paper D is a list of vouchers presented for audit, being 1101 to 1150 of the quarter ending August 31, 1891, and 1 to 325 of the quarter ending November 30, 1891. Paper E is an estimate of current receipts and expenses for the nine months ending August 31, 1892. In making this estimate I have assumed t h a t the salary list would be the one made up at the June, 1891, meeting of the Board, and t h a t one-half, or $8,500, of the U. S. fund for the year ending June 30, 1892, would be used for salaries for instruction. The Board is requested to make an additional appropriation of $100 for buildings and grounds account. This is made necessary by the extra expenditure caused by putting down the cement walks. Respectfully submitted, S. W. SHATTTJCK, Business Agent.
