PROCEEDINGS O F BOARD O F TRUSTEES. 141 T h e Board has also passed the following resolutions: Besolved, T h a t it is the opinion of this Board t h a t such an exhibit should be made at t h e World's Columbian Exposition as will best illustrate t h e work of the Experiment Station. Besolved, T h a t this Board approves of t h e proposal to hare a "Collective Exhibit of t h e Work of t h e Agricultural Experiment Stations of the Country" a t t h e World's Columbian Exposition, and of this Station's giving such aid as shall be practicable in t h e preparation of such exhibit. Respectfully submitted, G. E. MORROW, president Board of Direction. In these several recommendations and requests of the Experiment Station I fully concur. For the matters concerning appointments of new instructors, I refer to the report of the Committee on Instruction. For those concerning t h e military department and for t h e revision of rules, to t h e special committees upon these sabjects.
