The Board of Direction asks t h a t the Trustees appropriate funds according to estimates in Paper E for the use of the Station. The Board also asks t h a t Paper A be passed upon by the Trustees in order t h a t it may be used as a basis of the financial report which by law must be made for the year ending June 30, 1891, to the Governor of the State and to the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States. The Board of Direction will continue its work in the lines already laid down and does not at this time ask authority to undertake any new work. The Board thinks it desirable to make an exhibit of some of its work at the State Fair again this year, and has inserted in the estimates for the next quarter an amount of sixty dollars to defray the expenses of such an exhibit.
