Given under my hand and official seal, this A.D., 19 day of Notary Public My Commission Expires Resolution WHEREAS, the Seventy-Fifth General Assembly of the State of Illinois has declared it to be in the public interest that the Illinois Building Authority construct, on behalf of The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a Foreign Languages Building at the Urbana-Champaign campus of the University of Illinois; and WHEREAS for that purpose it will be necessary for the Illinois Building Authority to acquire jurisdiction of the real estate upon which said building will be located; and WHEREAS The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a public corporation of the State of Illinois with its principal office in Urbana, Illinois, has been requested by the Illinois Building Authority to transfer jurisdiction of said real estate for the construction of said building.
