Date: , 1969 I.B.A. Project No. 2-00-75-014 Construct Foreign Languages Building University of Illinois, Urbana Campus I n s t r u m e n t of T r a n s f e r In accordance with the provisions of "An Act to create the Illinois Building Authority and to define its powers and duties," approved August IS, 1961, as amended, and Resolution No. 69 I B A 4, adopted on the 23rd day of January, 1969 by the Illinois Building Authority, a body corporate and politic of the State of Illinois, created under said mentioned Act, requesting the transfer of jurisdiction of certain described real estate to the Illinois Building Authority. Now, Therefore, the undersigned The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a body corporate and politic of the State of Illinois, does hereby transfer jurisdiction of the following real estate to the Illinois Building Authority, to wit: Situated in the State of Illinois, the County of Champaign, and the City of Urbana; in the S W Vi, N E Vi of Section 18, Township 19 North, Range 9 East of the 3rd. Principal Meridian and being more fully bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point 216.43 feet North of the intersection of the West Right-ofWay Line of Mathews Avenue, City of Urbana, Illinois, and the S. Line of S W VA, N E 1/4, Section 18, Township 19 North, Range 9 East, 3rd. Principal Meridian; thence Westerly 276.50 feet to a point; thence Northerly 147.00 feet to a point; thence Easterly 276.50 feet to a point on the West Right-of-Way Line of Mathews Avenue; then Southerly along said West Right-of-Way of Mathews Avenue 147.00 feet to the point of Beginning containing 0.933 Acres more or less.
