Now, Therefore, the undersigned The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a body corporate and politic of the State of Illinois, does hereby transfer jurisdiction of the following real estate to the Illinois Building Authority, to wit: Situated in the State of Illinois, the County of Champaign, and the City of Urbana; in the S W Vi, N E Vi of Section 18, Township 19 North, Range 9 East of the 3rd. Principal Meridian and being more fully bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point 216.43 feet North of the intersection of the West Right-ofWay Line of Mathews Avenue, City of Urbana, Illinois, and the S. Line of S W VA, N E 1/4, Section 18, Township 19 North, Range 9 East, 3rd. Principal Meridian; thence Westerly 276.50 feet to a point; thence Northerly 147.00 feet to a point; thence Easterly 276.50 feet to a point on the West Right-of-Way Line of Mathews Avenue; then Southerly along said West Right-of-Way of Mathews Avenue 147.00 feet to the point of Beginning containing 0.933 Acres more or less.
